Kate, with her vast expertise in design, has worked on everything from simple room refreshes to large-scale new construction projects, bringing a deep understanding of how to transform any space into something truly extraordinary. Kate Lee, a Bucks County native, graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, and has over 25 years of experience in the design industry. She takes pride in transforming outdated spaces into elegant, functional family retreats, with designs that capture contemporary trends while maintaining a polished, timeless appeal.
Kate's journey into the world of interior design began with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for creating beautiful spaces. In 2010, she founded Kate Lee Designs, LLC, with the vision of establishing a firm that embodies style, accessibility, and professionalism. Her dedication to her clients and her team sets her apart in the industry, driving her commitment to delivering exceptional results. With each project, Kate strives to bring her clients' dreams to life, ensuring that every space is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and reflective of their unique personalities.
A look beyond...
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kate finds her greatest joy in her roles as a mom and wife. Married to her husband Mike for 16 years, they share the adventure of raising their two daughters, Rebekah and Rachel. Kate's passions extend beyond interior design; she's a devoted fan of 90's hip hop, loves healthy cooking, and loves to explore new places, making travel a central part of her family's life.

Leanne Tuzza
Leanne is thrilled to embark on an exciting new chapter at The Curated Home after taking time off to focus on raising her children. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Business Management, Leanne initially pursued a career in the pharmaceutical industry, working as both a sales representative and a marketing analyst. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she dedicated many years to volunteering on various school committees, further fueling her passion for community and collaboration.
Leanne’s true love for home decor and design blossomed after she completed renovations on two of her own homes. The process of transforming spaces sparked a deep appreciation for the art of design and a desire to create beautiful, functional environments. During these renovations, she built a fantastic team of professionals, one of whom was Kate Lee, an interior designer and now a close friend. Their shared vision for curating spaces that are both stylish and livable laid the foundation for Leanne’s decision to step into the world of interior design and share her passion, expertise, and enthusiasm for custom home renovations, home decor, and furnishings with you.

Leanne lives in Upper Makefield with her husband, Jake, their two sons, Jacob and Nicholas, and their two lovable doodles, Cody and Baxter. When she’s not immersed in design work, Leanne enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, staying active with her friends at morning gym classes, and cherishing quality time with her family on Long Beach Island.
